Life Underwriting Managers: Remote and onsite positions leading under writing teams of up to 25 individuals, authorizing, and making employment decisions for UWs with $100mil+ authority.

Medical Directors: Medical Doctors with expertise advising insurance professionals in allocation of risk for financial service companies.

Claims: Processing, approval, and denial of complex claims in Life Insurance division. 5+ years of life claims experience.

Distribution

Business Development: Typically these positions will require product specific knowledge, as well as demonstrated success in previous financial services business development roles. 5+ years of business development experience in insurance.

Wholesalers: Series 6,7,66, CRM.5+ years of wholesaling in business development space.

Compliance: IBD, Series 7,series 24, communication and attention to detail. These positions typically require 5+ years of compliance specific experience.

Executive Level Search

VP of Marketing: Directing marketing department efforts, including the use of adobe software, marketing material content development, design of images, and product positioning. Typically these positions require an advanced degree and 7+ years demonstrated success in management of creative development positions.

VP of Sales: Direct the activity of the sales department including Senior Sales Management & account executives representing broad variety of insurance and financial products & services.

Project Engineers: RFI, shop drawings, submittals, office support. Typically these roles require 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Construction BD Managers: These positions typically require 5+ years of business development or sales experience, as well as RFP, pre-qualification, and presentations of construction information, as well as proven success building new business for construction companies.

Construction Accounting: Payroll, project billing, cost accounting, 1099s, W2s, or AP/AR. Typically these rolls require 3+ years of construction accounting experience.

Estimators: Estimating software, pre-bid, negotiations, project experience. 5+ years with general contractors.

Operations: Manufacturing, Aerospace, or technology firm experience, with 5+ years’ experience successfully managing teams of 5+ individuals.

Engineering: Electrical, software, and manufacturing engineering positions have been filled, including Engineering Directors, managers and individual contributors. Bachelor’s degree required.

Human Resources: SPHR, PHR or other certifications, BA, 5+ years’ HR experience, recruitment, on-boarding, T&D, discipline and benefits administration.
