Theresa is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. She manages office facilities and human resources, is involved in on-boarding, training, and database administration, and works closely with other MRI Network offices, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that each recruiter has the best tools and resources to find top talent.
